William Gibson
General Manager
William started working with the founder of MCG, David Miller, out of high school through an on-the-job training program at 16 years old. He was trained by David in manufacturing and installation out of his garage doing vinyl graphics and painted cut dimensional lettering. William worked with David for over 17 years since 1998 and along the way learned new techniques for installation and product manufacturing. Miller Creative purchased RAHCO International in 2004 and William implemented upgrades to the routing, laser engraving equipment, design, and manufacturing to deliver a superior product in record time for companies in the hospitality industry. William began managing a two shift team in 2006 upon signing a contract to supply graphics for thousands of semi-trailers. In April 2019, William returned to Miller Creative at the time of David’s passing to assist in surviving the company. Since then, MCG’s systems, policies, procedures, and team has been refined into a well-oiled, efficient machine. He is proud to say the Miller Creative team is more talented than ever and has the strongest work ethic he’s ever worked with in the marketing industry. William’s passions include spending time with his wife, son, extended family and friends, video gaming, off-roading in his jeep, time at the beach, and his pastime is cheering on the Gators and Jaguars.
Zachary Ingram
Production Specialist
Zach joined MCG in September 2018 and is a hardworking, dedicated employee who leads all production, manufacturing, and installation. His attention to detail helps to provide clients a superior product, from graphics packages and vehicle wraps to ADA signage and graphics removal. He is always looking to find more efficient and simplified production methods while delivering the same quality all our clients have come to expect. Outside of work, he is always finding home improvement projects to keep him busy. In his downtime, Zach enjoys watching movies and playing video games on occasion.
Pamela Martin
Office Manager
Pam recently joined the team in January 2021 but she’s no stranger to MCG. Having previously worked here back in 2005 for 5 years, she’s glad to be back and is always ready to work. Pam handles all of our billing and accounts but also fills in on production when needed. Pam is a Jacksonville native and loves all things Florida, the beaches, springs and yes even the Jacksonville Jaguars. She’s an avid gamer and has a large collection of board games and video games. In her down time she enjoys spending time with her poodle Rosie and her family.
Connor Anderson
Designer / Web Manager
Connor joined the team in January 2017 shortly after graduating from the University of North Florida with a Bachelors of Fine Arts degree in late 2016. His passion for art throughout his life along with his experience as a freelance artist working on numerous commissions is valuable when it comes to working with a variety of clientele to build or improve their web presence. Outside of web development and art, Connor enjoys his time with his family and friends, is a devout Jaguars fan, and plays guitar/sings in the band Yashira. Their newest album ‘Fail To Be’ is available on all major streaming services through Good Fight Music.
David Miller
Founder
David’s early influences were in the study of computer science and commercial art, beginning his career working with his family in the automotive graphics field as a designer / installer. The company his family owned was part of a nationwide distribution network who eventually was acquired by 3M. With the advent of computer driven plotters and wide format printers he furthered his abilities into the signage and display field. In 1996 David opened his own company, Miller Creative, Inc. Along the way he acquired other small companies, offering even more diverse services, hence the transition to Miller Creative Group. David continued with the same passion for knowledge and the drive to give each customer the best design, products and services to help them grow their business or organization. David worked closely within his community supporting various charities & organizations. He was an avid golfer and always enjoyed his time as a loving “papa” to his 2 beautiful grandchildren.
